Professor Mohammad S. Obaidat (Fellow of IEEE and Fellow of SCS) is an internationally well-known academic/researcher/ scientist. He received his Ph.D. and M. S. degrees in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. Dr. Obaidat is currently the Chair and Full Professor of Computer and Information Science at Fordham University, NY, USA. He has received extensive research funding and has published Thirty Eight (38) books and over Six Hundreds (600) refereed technical articles in scholarly international journals and proceed ngs of international conferences, and currently working on three more books. Mohammad is the Editor-in-Chief of the Wiley International Journal of Communication Systems, the FTRA Journal of Convergence and the KSIP Journal of Information Processing. He is also an Editor of IEEE Wireless Communications. He is now an editor of the Wiley Security and Communication Networks Journal, Journal of Networks, International Journal of Information Technology, Communications and Convergence, IJITCC, Inderscience. Prof. Obaidat is an associate editor/ editorial board member of seven other refereed scholarly journals. He has guest edited numerous special issues of scholarly journals. Dr. Enrique Cabello received the B.S. in Physics (Electronics) from the University of Salamanca and the Ph.D. degree from the Polytechnical University of Madrid (both in Spain). he was awarded with the Extraordinary Prize as one of the best Ph.D. thesis. In 1990, he joined the University of Salamanca, where he was an Assistant Professor with the School of Sciences. From 1998 he is at the University Rey Juan Carlos (in Spain). Pierangela Samarati is a Professor at the Computer Science Department of the Università degli Studi di Milano. Her main research interests are access control policies, models and systems, data security and privacy, information system security, and information protection in general. She has participated in several projects involving different aspects of information protection. On these topics she has published more than 230 papers appeared in journals, conference proceedings, and books. She is co-author of the book "Database Security," Addison-Wesley, 1995. She has been Computer Sc entist in the Computer Science Laboratory at SRI, CA (USA). She has been a visiting researcher at the Computer Science Department of Stanford University, CA (USA), and at the Center for Secure Information Systems, George Mason University, VA (USA). She is the chair of the IEEE Systems Council Technical Committee on Security and Privacy in Complex Information Systems (TCSPCIS), and of the Steering Committees of the European Symposium on Research in Computer Security (ESORICS) and of the ACM Workshop on Privacy in the Electronic Society (WPES). She is the Coordinator of the Working Group on Security of the Italian Association for Information Processing (AICA), the Italian representative in the IFIP (International Federation for Information Processing) Technical Committee 11 (TC-11) on "Security and Privacy". She is a member of the Steering Committee of: ACM Symposium on InformAtion, Computer and Communications Security (ASIACCS), International Conference on Information Systems Security (ICISS), and International Conference on Information and Communications Security (ICICS). In 2008, she has received the IFIP TC11 Kristian Beckman Award. In 2009, she has been named ACM Distinguished Scientist. In 2012, she has been named IEEE Fellow. In 2012, she has received the IFIP WG 11.3 Outstanding Research Contributions Award. She has served on the program committees of various conferences. Dr. Aristeidis Tsitiridis was born in Athens, Greece. He received a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Leeds University (UK) in 2004, a MSc in Electronic Mobile Telecommunications from Glamorgan University (UK) in 2007, and a PhD in Biologically-Inspired Machine Vision from Cranfield University (UK) in 2012. He is currently working as a computer vision researcher for the university of King Juan Carlos in Madrid (Spain) and is active in innovative research that involves the use of general biologically-inspired computer vision algorithms, novel sensors, deep-learning te hniques, biometrics, pattern recognition, object/face detection and recognition. In the past, Aris has worked as a computer vision researcher in academia and as a researcher, modelling statistician, consultant, and buyer in retail/marketing analytics and electronics manufacturing industry. ... Dr Ángel Serrano received a BSc in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain) in 1999, an MSc in Information Technology and Computer Systems from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain) in 2009 and a PhD (European Doctorate) in Information Systems Engineering from the same university in 2011. He also has a specialization in Statistical Learning and Data Mining by UNED University (Spain) in 2014. He worked as a teaching assistant at the School of Computer Science of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2003 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016 he worked as an associate professor at the Hig er Polytechnic School of Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (Spain). Since September 2016 he is a visiting lecturer at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. He is currently with the Face Recognition and Artificial Vision group (FRAV).
